Investment Objective
The Fund aims to achieve positive absolute returns through a combination of capital growth and income on your investment regardless of market conditions. The Fund seeks to gain at least 60% of its investment exposure to equity securities (e.g. shares) and equity-related securities of companies domiciled in, or the main business of which is in, or have their primary listing in, the United Kingdom. Such companies include small, mid and large-capitalisation companies that are considered ‘emerging’, i.e. at an early stage of their life cycle and/or are expected to experience significant growth.

Effective as of September 2020, the team have removed UK from the fund name and reduced the minimum required to be invested in UK listed/related shares in the UCITS fund from 70% to 60%. There is no change to the investment philosophy or process on the fund – it is more a move to align the UCITS fund’s geographical limits with the Cayman fund, and seeking to respond to investor feedback regarding the naming of the strategy.
