Investment Objective
The investment objective of the fund is to seek capital appreciation by utilizing a merger arbitrage strategy. This strategy involves investing in a globally diversified portfolio of companies which are involved in, or which are linked to, mergers and acquisitions. The strategy will focus on publicly announced transactions with definitive merger contracts.
